These terms govern all services provided by Leader Appliance Repair (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") to our customers (referred to as "you" or "your"). Please review these terms carefully before using our services.

Services Provided

We offer repair services for a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, dryers, washers, freezers, ovens and more. Our services are available in Saint Johns, FL, Jacksonville, FL, and the surrounding areas.

Service Scheduling

To schedule a service, you can reach us by phone (904) 907-8899, email, or through our website. A technician will arrive at your location at the appointed time to diagnose and repair your appliance. While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Pricing and Payment

We provide upfront pricing for our services before any work begins. A diagnostic fee applies but will be waived if you proceed with the repair. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Full payment is required upon completion of the repair; however, if parts need to be ordered, a deposit will be required.

Warranty

At Leader Appliance Repair, we take pride in the quality of our services. We provide 90 days warranty on both parts and labor for completed repairs.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the appliance is accessible and ready for repair. If the appliance is inaccessible or has issues that prevent the technician from completing the repair, we reserve the right to charge a service fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please inform us by phone at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your appliance's malfunction. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the defective part.

Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive service-related emails, appointment confirmations, and important updates from Leader Appliance Repair. You can unsubscribe from marketing and any emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the email.

Text Messages (SMS)

By sharing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages, including real-time updates from our technicians or customer service team. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."

Receiving messages is not a requirement for service. For more information on how we manage your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services at any time, at our discretion, if these terms and conditions are breached. In such cases, any unpaid fees for services provided must be paid immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
